You book the date. We send a chef with the portable grill, the ingredients, the plates, the sauces, every last thing. They cook for your whole group, put on a live fire show, then pack up and leave. The host hosts. That's it.

A small booking fee secures your date; the balance is paid to the chef after the event. Easier still: call or text 850-818-2270 and we'll handle it on the phone.
Outdoors only: pool area, patio, driveway, backyard, front porch, or garage. We work in first-floor open-air areas. If your rental doesn't have a table big enough for the group we'll bring folding ones; just let us know in advance.
The chef brings everything and takes everything away. Grease, scraps, oil, plates, utensils. All gone. The space will be spotless when we leave. This is non-negotiable on our side.
Yes. We're nut-free and sesame-free by default. Tofu is available at no extra charge as a protein swap. Gluten-free can be accommodated. Tell us about any allergies when you book. The chef will plan around them.
As early as you can for peak season: summer, spring break, July 4, Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks fill weeks to months ahead. We do hold some last-minute availability when we can, so call even if it's tomorrow.
In almost every case, yes. The grill is a portable outdoor unit, no permanent installation, no marks left behind. We recommend giving your property manager a heads-up. We've served hundreds of 30A rentals. Most managers know us.
Anywhere from 5 to 50 guests. We've done four-person anniversaries and fifty-person reunions. For larger parties we'll send extra chefs as needed.
Cancel 3+ weeks ahead of your date for a full refund of everything except the booking fee, which secures the slot. Cancellations inside three weeks forfeit the booking fee but nothing else.
A booking fee secures the reservation (Venmo, Zelle, or cash). The balance is paid to the chef after the event, once the show's done and everyone's happy.
